To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, af77 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or delays in the Platform's operation beyond af77's reasonable control; or (d) the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any third-party content or game provider content accessible through the Platform.
af77's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your af77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits af77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your af77 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification and applicable withdrawal conditions.
af77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in cases of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false account information; underage gambling; abusive behavior toward other players or staff; or any other conduct that af77 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, its users, or its regulatory standing.
Where an account is closed by af77 due to breach of these Terms, af77 may withhold account balances to the extent permitted by applicable law, and will notify the account holder of the reason for closure and the applicable outcome.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the af77 platform shall first be submitted to af77's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team at [email protected]. af77 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the Platform's operations. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve any escalated dispute.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a competent court where immediate relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
